TOSS is an online weight training program designed for male and female athletes from competitive cheerleading, partner stunting, acrobatics, and artistic sports.

It is a performance-based full-body weight training program with instructional online coaching available in different performance levels.

Included are progressive periodized training plans, 140-200 exercise tutorials, and online support by Simon Gavanda & Constantin Stalzer.

We offer sport-specific resistance training to combine it with your artistic sport to be successful and to make sure you work out most efficiently and transfer your training effort and progressions to better performance in your artistic sport.
