It is a performance-based full-body weight training program with instructional online coaching available in different performance levels.

Included are progressive periodized training plans, 140-200 exercise tutorials, created by Simon Gavanda & Constantin Stalzer.

We offer sport-specific resistance training for mainly Cheersport athletes to help you succeed, maximizing training efficiency and transferring your progress into improved cheer performance.
